Finnish Type Houses collection comes with a Building Theme, that is compatible with the Building Themes mod by boformer. https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466158459
Type Houses collection is recommended to be used with the mod.

~1000 tris
512x512 diffuse, specular, color, alpha and normal maps
~100 tris custom LOD with 128x128 maps

All props have LODs too

Many of the houses could also be in east or north Germany, so i link it to my collection -GERMANY- all in one Collection:

They are in a collection called Finnish Type Houses. The link should be visible above, but I'll add links to it and relevant mods into description of each item when I have some time.
