Replaces the Security VIP texture

This mod gives the Security VIP a blue UN vest, a blue UN baseball cap, jeans, and a tan t-shirt.

Scenario

A UN aid worker has received several threats by the Insurgent forces for supplying food and aid on behalf of Western countries. Fearing for his own safety, the UN aid worker has obtained a pistol and has called for extraction from the area. Security forces have been dispatched to escort the UN aid worker to safety.

never mind then... It just looks a little strange since the type of vest that the model is wearing is a bit different then the one you just showed. Even the real one has black snaps and isn't pure blue like this one. Great mod though, I love it! I'm just giving constructive criticism:steamhappy:

@the chikinator: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that what actual UN vests look like.

Great Mod, but the bullet proof vest needs to be worked on. I like the blue color just there is no texture its just straight blue:steamhappy:

@Santini: Really? I didn't know the VIP skin was disabled from being changed on "sv_pure 1" servers. Thanks for the information mate.

the skin of vip is protect to change....if you want to see ...must play to pratice map or server with pure_server 0

I only included a single .vtf file, which was just "us_vip_color.vtf". If you want to create a texture for the Insurgent VIP, you'll need to edit "civ_vip_base_dm.vtf".
