Based on the split-level 50's houses on Hasselagränd in "new town" Vällingby, Stockholm, this building looks like a bungalow from the street but has two full floors towards the back garden. There's also a version without the sun deck, Stockholm Vallingby A RL2. Place them together or pick your favourite. Both properties come with randomly appearing props and trees, thanks to the talented modder boformer.
