This building was the community Monthly Raffle winner's choice from my Patreon supporters! MeatMan won the raffle for the month of June, and this was his choice. The idea with this building would be more like a park for your industrial centric cities, sans the green tree stuff :P

Its kinda unreal how much I love this asset. Its VERY unreal how much I'd love this asset as an Industries DLC factory loool. Great work as always haha

@Cruentus @kman10001bd Look up the "Workshop RICO Settings" mod, it includes RICO settings for many buildings including this one.

Really nice but I feel like the noise pollution should be 11 \m/
