It seems much harder to place the large roundabout somewhere populated. Even when the space is empty, I end up delting the roads... so here's the empty item.

Nice to hear from you. I generated this by deleting the 4 roads from the default circle. A pretty simple hack, but it was also then just a few clicks to publish it. According to my little window here, 100's of people subscribe to it. Heh.
