My intention was to made a believable mall in a giant donut shape with a luxury restaurante on the top.

Many years ago as I was still learning the game, I got assets like these. Fun, goofy buildings to populate my tourist trap areas. As the years went on and my city grew and transformed to reflect a more realistic style, I eventually got rid of those goofy buildings...

...but not this one. THIS ONE is still in my city. It's a landmark now.
