Step 1: open up console by pressing ~.

Step 2: Type status and ppress enter.

Step 3: Search for your username and on the left of your username are spaced numbers.

Step 4: Copy those numbers by highligting them.

Step 5: Type '' callvote kick (your numbers you copied)''

Eg: ''callvote kick 8 7''

Important: The numbers change on each server.
