This build copies Munqst guide on how to play witch doctor. Here are some of his notes:
If solo support:
- Harass the offlaner out of EXP range
- If unable to zone stack small camp
- Don't pull through if the lane isn't far away
- Keep pulling, levels are important on this hero

If two supports:
- You harass, the other support pulls
- Work towards killing them
- See if able to gank mid (smoke helps here)

Rotate with a TP early game.

<lvl 6: Keep pulling, avoid the offlane and look for EXP. Level 6 is very important.
8-15 mins: Keep farming, hold enough mana, stack & kill camps. Stay with the team and be there for fights. Don't be afraid to use your ulti, its on a low cooldown.
15-25 mins: Only farm jungle if your cores don't use it, stay with the team.
Lategame stay back, you need to get your ulti off. Don't get jumped or it's easy to lose the fight. Look at the minimap, stop farming after bkb and aghs, stay safe.

How to fight:
Laning stage:
- Use casket to set up a gank, or follow up a stun.
- Heal to save yourself or teammates

Casting death ward:
- Make sure that the enemies are committed
- Avoid being dodged or evaded
- Be careful if you don't have bkb

If they have BKB piercing spells
- Be patient, they are waiting for you too
- Counter them after they use their abilities
