Inverted Y and Z keys glitch

Are your Y and Z keys inverted (swapped) and are your punctuation keys (,./;'#[] keys) making German symbols when you press it? You can fix that easily! This guide should also work for other languages.

The Fix
This bug occurs when you are sprinting/walking (shift) and then looking around (tab) and so changes your keyboard layout to German when shift + tab is pressed. To fix your inverted Y and Z keys and the punctuation keys, press alt + shift if you are on Windows. If you are on Mac, why?
