***Updated: windows now light up at night!***

Skönstaholm in Hökarängen, Stockholm was built around 1950 and consists of terraced and semi-detached houses of varying sizes. I picked one of the smaller types as the basis for this model. Use the excellent Building Eyedropper Tool for easy placement in neat rows.

Updated with randomly appearing props and trees.

@Ullstrumpan I disabled all themes in one district and this building grew! Thank you so much. It looks really great. Keep up the good work!

@СтопХам - It should grow on all maps. Are you using the Building Themes mod? If you do and want custom buildings to grow you have to either disable all themes (per city or district) OR manually add the buildings to a theme yourself. None of my buildings will grow unless you do. (Although I'm hoping to have a theme up soon!) If you're not using Building Themes and this house still won't grow, please tell me. I really wouldn't want there to be a problem with my assets and not know about it.

@tykho - It's mostly random. Right now I'm trying to finish a theme so I'm in the (agonising) process of making a LOD for the level 1 house to go with the other 1x2 low residentials. Then I'll probably take a break from the computer for a week or two. In case you have any particular buildings you'd like to see in your game, feel free to ask. I'm always open to good suggestions :-)

@P_DROXP - Thank you! Unfortunately there is no corner functionality for low residential buildings. It's definitely possible to make buildings that look good on corners, but it takes a bit of creativity and a lot of hard work to come up with corner designs that won't look strange on the non-corner lots where they will also grow. I've tried my best to make this one not look crazy on corners, but I agree that a dedicated corner piece would be nice. If in the future CO decide to make corner functionality available for low residential lots I promise to make a matching building!

This building never grows for me. Does it only grow on European maps?

Exciting to see so many sthlm buildings being made. Are you choosing randomly from various suburbs, or do you have a specific plan on what buildings you are making? And will you be making any apartment buildings, like from any miljonprogram? :) Thanks
