Spas 12 shotgun for Toz

The icon SPAS-12 combat shotgun comes to Insurgency.

**shaders updated** (the screenshot is about as dramatic as it gets, tried to keep it subtle.)

Replaces the TOZ for Insurgents.

Known Bugs:

I am aware that the smoothing is broken on the shotgun shell. 3ds Max won't smooth it for some reason. You won't notice it outside of the weapon selection menu.

Weird gun placement on back in 3rd person. According to Mr. Brightside, there is nothing that I can do to fix it. The problem is with the player model and not the gun model. So I guess we have to live with it for now.
