描述
Had this done for a while now and forgot to upload it so here it is.

This swaps out the computer screen with a Super Intendent message from Halo 3: ODST and the TV static is replaced with a segment of Spartan Red team fighting in Halo Wars (see 1:56 in the video).

I've tried all that two days ago, and I still have the TV & PC scenes.

Try doing any of these

Verify game files through steam

Reinstall the game

Delete the mod files from yoour file explorer and not through steam

I still have this TV & PC scenes, even after uninstalling this mod.
I can't change the TV & PC scene image at all, even when I install other TV & PC Scene mods.

That looks like the mod. The image quality was already low to begin with so I dont know how it looks on lowewr graphics settings. It looks fine on max settings.
