Splinter Cell NVG On Sound Effect

Simple mod. Replaces the enabled sound effect for NVG's(night vision goggles) with the one from the Splinter Cell games.

Can't remember if Blacklist or Conviction used this sound. Those two games have really changed the series up too much so. Even though Blacklist is a good game.

I have them, so I may try to get the sounds you hear right before/after the enabled sound effect. Might update this mod, then.

This one's for any veteran Splinter Cell players who may be on INS. :P

Remember to use command " SND_restart " in console after you launch the game for mod to work properly.
