This achievement is for finding a 'secret collect', which you earn once you complete a secret task.

How to Earn

I got this achievement on the boat hub. Once you get to the Jail area, as soon as you finish a match and go back into your bed, click rapidly on any one of the characters for a few seconds. This will make it so that your character ends up staying off the ground for a bit, thus earning you the 'secret collect' and having a robber recruited for you. This will earn you the achievement.

There are many more of these 'secret collects' in the game (other guides have made more comphrehensive lists of these; go look at those if you're wondering about those), but this is the easiest way to earn the achievement.

In the mage tower you sometimes run into these weird jello-blob cubes. If you eat food while fighting one, it will offer to join your ship before resuming trying to kill you. You can then buy it from the gym for a fair price, but just eating in front of it will give you the achievement.

Another way I found out is to encounter every monster, dungeon type, etc. or basically unlock everything you can in Woodword's Library. You unlock an elf catapault after talking to him with it fully completed.

I also guess that you can only get it when you reach Prison, cause till then that monster doesn't apear. :)

Thanks for bringing that up. I just tried to get the secret collect again on a different save, and I can tell ya that I got it in the Hell area as well, so now I'm pretty sure that it does't matter which area you do this in. It would seem that the secret is to just keep clicking rapidly on any character for a few seconds as you're getting up from the bed so that you don't touch the ground, as you mentioned. I'll update the guide quick here with this new info.

I got it after the Jail. The trick is to press on any character (shop) as soon as you jump out of bed. You have to click it fast bewfore you reach the ground jumping from the bed :)
