Step One: Cooling
Make sure to get a good enough cooler for your CPU, or else this game might just try to do harm to your CPU, like a southern cop to a black man.

this is a good example of a cooler to look at buying

Also, Make sure to have proper case ventalation. Cover EVER opening of your case with duct tape, even fan ports, it should help make it cooler.

If you are poor (like an african) and can't afford a cooler like the one above, here is a cheaper alternative if you want to still have good performance when overclocking but not have bad temperatures

That is all for the cooling section of this guide. And before you complain about the GPU cooling, GPU's do BEST without coolers, I mean come on, TVs do almost the same thing a GPU does, and do you see it with a heat sink? I thought not.
Step Two: Insulation
I mean, who want s a noisy PeeCee? Not me. But, some of the pre-insulated casses are CRAZY expensive, like some of the ones in the picture examples below, but before you look at them, we will get through this terr---- good section of the guide.

The first and most important thing to remember about insulation, is that "Dust is Best". Most of the WY underrated and underpriced Dells and HPs are usually shipped with alot of dust, that's because Dell and HP are know for there well-built and long lasting PeeCees, so, to get your own well-built and long lasting PeeCee, just copy off of them.

The second thing to remember about insulation is that "More is Better". the simple thing is, "More dust = Better insulation. I mean, who also wants a cold CPU? You want your computer to be comfortable, and the more dust, the warmer it will be, so it will be more available to run better.

OP Cases:

Steo Three: Selecting CPU/GPU
The most important part of a computer, is the person building it. (Where would Computers be at WITHOUT us in this world?) Another important part, though, is the CPU and the GPU. Without them we wouldnt be as lazy as we are today, but we also wouldn't have ways of creating school shooting simulators, pointless "Grass Simulators", overratted, unfunny YouTubers *cough* ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ *cough*.

this section will help you select the optimal CPU/GPU for this build.

CPU: For this, you will need to go to a website such as NewEgg [newegg.com]. After going to this website (or one of your choice) go to the CPU part, find the CPU with the LOWEST Gigahertz, Gigahertz are bad for your PeeCee, like how AIDS is (was) bad for Freddy Mercury.

After finding the optimal CPU, look for the GPU next. And, as before, the LOWEST Hertz is needed.

Here are some pictures of good CPUs to check out:

And some of god GPUs to check out:

Step Four: The Case
Make sure to find the oldest, beigest case you can find, preferably one with the lease amount of cable managament available (because we all know cables in the way of fans help break up damaging wind gusts and help prevent fan damage.

Some examples of case can be found below:

And, as I mentioned before, "Dust is Best", so here are some ideas of case insulation:

Step five: Actually Getting the Money to Buy All Of This ♥♥♥♥
Well, the EASIEST way to do this would to be to rob your parent, your welcome for the helpful info.
