Achievement - Beast Master - Part 6 - Poroms Tale

A complete bestiary for the sixth chapter of the game - Poroms Tale

This is also an achievement guide and we will be getting these achievements throughout the series:

Taming the Wild (30% total Bestiary)
A Tale to Tell (100% of one Tale)
The Point of no Return(60% total Bestiary)
Beast Master(100% total Bestiary)

When looking online it was hard to find a bestiary that was in the correct order or had the correct creatures due to the multiple versions of the game available. I cobbled together this resource from various forums and the Wikia and then followed through the first chapter myself to validate everything. I intend to follow this guide with a Bestiary for each chapter as I go!

I am going to lay this out in two ways:

1. The optimal or first location encountering an enemy broken down by area. (Scripted encounters will be considered optimal)
2. A complete list from the Bestiary in numerical order.

If you are having trouble locating a monster listed in a specific zone then scroll to the bottom to see where else you might find it.

Nevermind I found them, I looked for hours the other night and nothing, but just got them on the first battle today under the forest south of mount ordeals. I'm not sure if this works but restarting or rebooting the game seems to shuffle the monsters, not sure if this is accurate tho.

Anyone spotted where about I can encounter cockatrice? I've looked all over the mysidia map and nothing, I remember in the original FF4 they were pretty common here but in this I can't even make them spawn once. And I got zu and the white dragon all I got left is these elusive birds.

Check for the kill count instead of discovery, there is a line that shows how many you have killed, just look for zeros!

I got stuck at 98% after killing Sahagin. Seriously. I've gone over the list like 10 times. All enemies have been discovered and I'm still at 98% (used to be 96 before I got the Sahagin).

What the hell do I do? lol

Definitely got the white dragon, had my black mage accidentally kill himself then had the white mage and porom just heal while kain jumped repeatedly on auto battle. Guess I'll check the Bestiary more carefully..
