解説
As my generous sprinkling of services was making every corner of my city eventually feature the same level 5 skyline, I decided it was time to learn 3D modelling. The result are in: three classically styled buildings for your VIP Cims. This one is a level 5, high density residential apartment building (for lack of medium residential zoning...). Works equally well built wall-to-wall or as a solitary. Grows on 2x2, 2x3 and 2x4 lots.

1172 tris.
Custom LOD (120 tris).

*Update* Patch 1.1.0 compatible. Grows on all map types (including European). Colour variation still broken :-(

ok i make my own then and if you make them lvl 1 to 4 wich is real easy they could be part of building theme but its ok i like the style if you give them soft colors they fit in a cuba style too

@Wastingpluto533 I only make collections for houses that are part of a complete building theme, i.e. belong to a set of buildings for all five wealth levels. My early creations are all level five and will likely never be part of a building theme. I personally don't see the need for a dedicated collection for them but if you want one, feel free to make your own!

It looks like a lot of old houses in Berlin. Therefore, they fit well in the Berlin Collection:

I'm very glad that you decided to learn modelling. This is a beautiful building (as are all of them) i can't wait to see it popping up all over my city. You deserve so many more subscribers! people are missing you :) Thank you!
