Battery Manager + LCD Status

Опис
This is a modified version of the awesome Battery Manager script by Gandur.

This version of the script outputs battery status to the first LCD panel on the grid that contains "Battery Status" in its name.

@Skallabjorn I haven't been playing much SE recently, so it'd probably be best for you to publish your own updated version.

I have been tweeking the code on this to reformat the screen output as that when used on text panels or smaller lcd's the first letters of each line were partially obscured by the frame of the screen. Its looking much better now. I dont know if this is an abandoned mod, so if the author would drop me a note... Id like to send you the tweeked code or i could re publish with full credits to originators...
