[Growable] Small poor house

A small level 1 house that will spawn randomly on 2x4 low density residential areas. This was mostly for practicing my modeling skillz, and well, I've learnt a few new things while doing this little house. I'm not going to lie, it might not be very well optimized for its size.

Also, in one of the pictures there seems to be a shadow error under the roof, that's my graphic card fault. I see that error in the game's models too so in theory that shouldn't happen if you have a better graphic card.
