A small level 1 house that will spawn randomly on 2x4 low density residential areas. This was mostly for practicing my modeling skillz, and well, I've learnt a few new things while doing this little house. I'm not going to lie, it might not be very well optimized for its size.

Also, in one of the pictures there seems to be a shadow error under the roof, that's my graphic card fault. I see that error in the game's models too so in theory that shouldn't happen if you have a better graphic card.

Great little house. Hope you don't mind, I added to your model a bit by adding variable props that change each time the asset grows. I also added color variations. Of course I give you credit for the original model. If this is a problem and you want me to delete my version, just let me know.

Hi, could you change the pavement to gravel? That stuff is fairly expensive to pave and so kinds of disrupts the poor look of the lot. The house looks like fairly economical to heat/cool though, except maybe there is just a few too many windows.

I dig it. Could you make some color variations? Maybe one with stucco and red tile roofing?
