Getting the Four Achievement Endings
Door Cahos Rahne Veloza
I think I finally figured out how to get those four hard to get Ending based Achievements namely:

Nothing - what I consider the Bad Ending because Faust ends up in the loony bin on this ending.

Drinking My Sorrows - Somewhat lame ending where Cedric has full control and Faust's personality is sealed in Cedric's mind.

In the Head - What I consider the somewhat "Fair" ending where Cedric is the dominant personality of the two but Faust is still conscious.

Happy... Ending? - The "Best" ending where Faust is the dominant personality but Cedric is Still conscious.

***Bonus feature***

I kinda consider the ending you get where Faust ends up having both Cedric and the Guide's consciousness inside of him celebrating with Peg as the "meh~!" ending because no one really won in the end.

The "Meh~!" Ending
First thing's first, let's get this one out of the way now.

This one's pretty easy to get. Basically what you need to do is "hook up" with Margaret "Peg" et al Faust's soulmate. So obviously you need to go to the pub after Faust's first day of work (in game of course).

Now once you meet her let her go, do not even think of using your "Powers" to get her back and get laid with her. While we're on the subject of getting laid, do not even think of getting it on with the drunk slÜt who tries to seduce you... doing so will land you not getting it on with Peg in Dublin and therefore not getting this not so awesome ending :P

You can however use your Soul however you wish BEFORE AND AFTER this important event so you can wish for your Reflex to make the bus come early (-1 soul) at the start of the story, add a random +3 stat to Faust (-10 soul on any random stat besides the two you decide to give a +3 to at the very beginning. If you decided to give a +2 to three stats your Reflex will give a +3 to the one you left with zero points), and even make your Reflex finish all your work for you (-3 soul). You can even accept the bet with the Prisoner and lose to him if you want, heck you can even win against him and choose not to expel his soul which also leads with you having zero soul because once you arrive in Dublin and finally get it on with Peg, she will immediately give you fifty (50) soul after you make love to her and she gives you her runic tattoo. Next you need to agree to help out your Guide when she "visits" you at the Pub in Dublin and finally when you're finally inside Faust's mind agree to his deal and when you get to choose an option to fight with him do so.

And there you go, The "Meh~!" ending done.
Happy... Ending?
Getting this ending is quite odd because of the fact that you must not get laid with Peg in Dublin in order to get it. You do this by two choices:

1. Getting laid with her the first time you meet her by way of "buying" her with your soul (-15 soul).

Or,

2. Letting her go and having a quickie with that drunk slÜt who come on to you.

Incidentally you need to have 50+ (better yet keep your soul at 100%) in order to get this ending.

Just like with the "Meh~!" ending agree to help your Guide out once you meet up again with her in Dublin.

**Footnote**

I'm unsure if this one affects this ending or not, but I would also advice you to not make out with your Guide if you want to get this best ending.
Nothing
For this one you need to agree to help out your Guide when she asks for your help in Dublin. Then when you're inside of Faust's mind agree to Cedric's deal then after the dialogue choose to give your soul to your Guide.

She then assumes control and kills Cedric using a pair of Psionic daggers. Afterwards she materializes in the real world and kills the witch. As for Faust... he becomes catatonic and keeps on saying "nothing" over and over... which is why he ends up in the loony bin.

**Footnote**

I am unsure if there is a strict soul number requirement to get this ending but one thing I am certain of, you need to give your soul to your Guide to get this bad ending. Also unsure if choosing to get laid with your Guide is a prerequisite as well or not, but to be on the safe side you should probably choose to get laid with her as well... at least she's a better choice than that drunk slÜt. Getting it on with Peg might also be not such a good ieda :/
In the Head
This one's pretty tricky at first... that is until you figure out the correct choices to make to get this ending.

Soul value is not a factor with this one thankfully. As for with whom you get it on with I am a bit uncertain. The only thing you need to remember with this one is "TO LET CEDRIC BE IN CONTROL", with that in mind all you really need to do is accept Cedric's offers and when he asks you for your wish TELL HIM TO NOT SEAL YOU UP. Having high (+3) intellect may be a requirement because I've always went with +3 or +2 intelligence for all of these runs I made to get these endings. Also when you choose to ask that of him he will comment on how similar you two really are and he'll note that it was wise of you to doubt his initial intentions.

With the two of them shaking hands Cedric emerges as the dominant persona with Faust still being conscious inside of Cedric's.. err "mind".
Drinking My Sorrows
For this one you need to have a soul value between 32~47.

On the other two guides available for this game, they mentioned getting as low as 10 soul gained by losing all your soul after losing to the Prisoner or by refusing to expel his soul when you win and later being given 10 soul by the police officer who saves you is a viable option, but in all of my tests this was not the case, especially if you end up getting Peg's memento later on in Dublin. So in short avoid accepting the deal with the Prisoner unless you are going after the "Deep Down" achievement and you get Peg's gift.

I say getting to 10 soul is not a viable option because although you do get the same ending scenario where Cedric becomes victorious, the achievement doesn't seem to want to unlock then.

Also when you get to meet up with your Guide again in Dublin, agree to help her out. Unless it still isn't obvious this seems to be a prerequisite, same with first agreeing to Cedric's first offer. Afterwards you'll need to choose to fight with him for dominance.

**Footnote**

"I did what you said but I can't get the option to duel Cedric", you might ask and to this my answer would be try doing something different before the final chapter. Maybe try saving or not saving Wagner? However in most cases I often save him by skipping work, investigating then warning Wagner by calling him up before I confront Hog or leave his apartment.
Final Footnote
I am aware that your choices leading up to the finale inside Faust's mind has an effect on the outcomes so if you do not get the expected result/s please just try changing up some of your choices. My Guide is merely that... a Guide!

And much like what the hot redhead Guide in the game says my pieces of advice are merely that what you make of them is for you to decide. ;)

As for my starting stat build I often go with these two:

+3 Manipulation
+3 Intelligence

"Why these two you might ask?", and my answer simply is you definitely need the +3 manipulation to save Wagner and to sweet talk the newspaper guy into telling you Hog's apartment number and of course to sweet talk your way of not getting into jail (well for that brief moment anyway as getting canned is a "scripted" scenario in the game. As for intelligence, there are several key moments in the game where Faust will gain a better insight of things if he has +2 or +3 intelligence.

With that said, I sometimes go for:

+2 Manipulation
+2 Intelligence
+2 Charisma

However this build is a bit risky because the +2 manipulation skill sometimes fails to work on the police officer and besides you definitely need +3 manipulation in order to save Wagner by talking to him.

If you are going to wish for a stat boost from your Reflex at the start of the game, I highly recommend +3 Charisma over +3 Power unless you really want to knock out the Bully, outrun the Police or Save Wagner by grabbing his gun.

i just can't get the happy ending, i've tried 5 times now and it's starting to get quite boring...
my stats are: manipulation 3, intelligence 1 and charisma 2
i tried your method of forcing peg to spend night with faust, then in dublin agreed to help the guide
however, in the end i'm only left with choices: give your soul to guide OR make a deal with cedric
i have 85% of soul left at this point
