You'll get these achievements just by playing (and finishing) the main story. Warning: spoilers!

Destroyed the Tassiter Proxy.


Successfully recovered the Override Key.


Gave the H-Source to Jack.


Defeated 5H4D0W-TP.

You'll get these by completing certain missions.

Outran the Wheel in the Temple of Boom.


I'll say it only once: DON'T GO INTO THE SUB-SUBCONSCIOUS. STAY IN THE SUBCONSCIOUS. If you don't, you'll find yourself around T.K. Baha's cottage, the map will show that you're on top of the yellow "!", but that's NOT where you'll find the Temple of Boom.



The correct route is where Claptrap's consciousness sends you to retrieve its hope and self-esteem. Just use the jump-pad to get there:

Jump into the water and accept the mission.



Complete it and you'll get the achievement. Tip: use double jump to get a speed boost.

Completed a round using the Mutator.


Go to Deck 13 1/2 and accept the mission given by the racist hotdog (h4x0rs). Now go to The Cortex (Subconscious > Subsubconscious > The Cortex) and complete the mission. Accept the next mission (l33t h4x0rs) and pay attention.



There's a total of 18 mutators and 9 difficulties (the harder the difficulty, the better the loot). You'll get this achievement just by finishing any combination in any difficulty.

Experienced all 9 Game Modes and all 9 Modifiers of the Mutator.


In theory, this is the quickest way:

1. Reaccept the mission "l33t h4x0rs" in The Cortex
   
2. Mutator 1: use the ► to pick the first mutator
   
3. Difficulty: use the ► to pick difficulty level 1
   
4. Mutator 2: use the ► to pick the first mutator
   
5. Survive the 3 waves, loot the chest and turn the mission in
   
6. Repeat, but now choose the second mutator in both machines and difficulty level 2
   
7. Rinse and repeat until you've used all the mutators and all the difficulty levels

The easiest way: assuming you're an ultimate vault hunter (lvl 50+), go to
Basically, finish the DLC in Kindergarten Normal mode to unlock the "h4x0rs" mission. Follow my steps until you've tried all the mutators/difficulties and you'll get the achievement.

You don't need to try all the difficulties (just the mutators), so even a filthy lvl30 casual can get this achievement.

Killed 10 SpyBugs before they took your photo.


You know those harmless flying things around The Nexus and Motherless Board that photograph you and suddenly you're hearing advertisements? Kill 10 of them just in time and you'll get the achievement.

Important: they have to recognize your presence before being killed! Get close enough so they appear as red dots in your map, but kill them ASAP or they'll photograph you and their deaths won't count towards the achievement. You can restart the game over and over while in The Nexus to do it quickly.

There's a total of 5 holographic projections and they are all in The Nexus.

Once you've interacted with all the projections, you'll get the achievement.
