Its a Prison with only a few cars, can be finde at "police"
The building cost is high (450K) Mid - End game, covers a large Area with less cars,
Your city will still require a few normal Police Stations.
A large area is required 14x11
maintenance costs: 9K
Capacity: 1500
Police car: 16

@uhriahx Sorry there will be no updates, 5 years have passed since I worked on City Skylines Assets :D But I think you can recreat the Building with imgame tools. Since you can remix them yourself.
