Waterslide Inc. Unique building

Опис
Waterslide Inc. make some very good waterslides, a fact which they are very proud of. They are so good that they went ahead and incorporated them into their new headquarters. Do you want them in your town, or do you hate fun ?
This level 5 unique building takes up 8x8 tiles and is based on the high interest tower.

Do you know any mod or technique for me to place Multiple Unique Building i see the mod creators do it all the time but i cant play more than 1 and it looks dumb with some of the buildings
