"Finally I managed a workaround that works for me. I simply limited the FPS to maximum of 58 Frames. I guess the game wasn't made for frame rates higher than 60, so it caps at 60 FPS, the random hops above to 61 or 62 FPS might cause the tearing on my hardware."
