Viper is an underrated safe lane carry/right clicker. His right click is excellent in first 25 mins, beats a lot of other carries in term of DPS, while being pretty tanky. Viper is a great pick if the enemy has melee hard carries, as you can kite them really hard. Viper is a lane winner, so laning phase is also easier for your supports as they dont have to babysit Viper too much. Midas into MoM + SnY + Phase is easy to build, strong snowball items.
