NS is a great offlane hero in pub game, as the enemies' tri-lane is not that much aggressive, and you need mostly EXP only, plus 4-5 creeps (which you can get by using Void). So just keep safe distance, get EXP, any creeps that you can, buy a boot + orb of venom, then GO MID RIGHT AT 4 MINS MARK. It should be easy kill, and help you as well as your mid teammate snowball better. Be aggressive during night time, farm safely in day time, use ult when a skirmish/teamclash happen or when you want to gank.
