As title says, Russian voices for BF4 that replace the Insurgent Voices. Also uses STALKER voices for some things, and a little bit of BF2 stuff

Command voice has been added. I editted the files to have some sort of a radio effect as the files didn't have it before, and it was weird hearing a clear voice when it was supposed to be over the radio.

Made this because I was tired of waiting for someone else to do it, and I really wanted this sort of thing.

IF IT DOESNT WORK, TYPE 'snd_restart' INTO THE CONSOLE

Recommended that you use it with my Kavkaz/Chechen guys, and also recommended to use with the excellent VDV pack by Purgen
