A desert oasis with large sand dunes, train tracks and well functioning water flow. Playtested and everything seems to be working fine.

Great map, but could you please add two more highway connections on the other side of the map, so traffic can enter and exit from all four directions?

@Sakujo: That's actually just how sand blends with grass in Skylines. There's not much I can do about it, but I did minimize it as much as possible.
