Hello!

Some people play the game with out a music, just like me.

Since 2012 it keep bothering me.

So here it is, this is a cleaned and more longer version of ambient sound when you click
on 'Character View' window, with out annoying phrase in french

My game played this exact voice line at the very second I've read it in your mod's description. Coïncidence ? I don't think.

Amatbil, maybe when the devs bought those sounds banks it was named like

- Museum ambience
- Food Market ambience
- Step foots ambience

and they dont bother about voices, cause they dont undestand them or its just they thinking that you MUST play with music to dont hear it :)
