Controls.

NOTE: This is a work in progress. As the game changes the controls may change too so I will keep it updated as of when changes happen.

The controls to this game are pretty simple, should not take too much of your time to learn. As it is, this guide will be really short. But I hope it helps you.

Xbox 360 / PS3 controllers.

Moving:
Move with left stick, look with right stick.
You can quick walk with R2/RT.
Triangle /\/Y will allow you to swap between first person view and third person.

Fishing:
To set up press X/Awhen at a fishing peg.
You can aim with the left stick and look down the line you want.
Press L2/LT and you will go into swing mode where you can let your line out.
You move the rod and swing it with the right stick. When pulling back, hold L2/LT and release L2/LT when you want the line to go out.
You can use the up and down buttons on the D Pad to set between 18/-7.
To reel a fish in after casting use L2/LT, and use the right analog stick to move your rod/line.
To exit fishing or to reset your rod use O/B.

I believe I have covered everything, if not leave a comment and I shall add it straight away!

The Steam controller (Much as I really love it) is terrible for this game and totally unplayable. Best to stick to the keyboard and mouse.

I want to catch a Wells'. At least 5 inches long.

What button do I push to get my husband to take it off the hook for me? Fish are slimy and they stink.

hi..I cant road shake.. ı press right mouse cilck then move down,move up and leave mouse click...but rod dont go 2 yrd...please help me..why???

I am haveing a problem with casting out can only cast about 9 to 12yds can any one give ant tips on how i can cast more than 12yds. As this is very diffrent to when i whent fishing with rod & line in hand a long time a go so if there is any one that can help with this it would be greatful. Thank you.

lol. To be honest it only shows "Controls." for the guide title so blame Steam not me. But yea loving them new controls and update they put out 3 days ago. XD :3

Maybe I should update it when I get a chance, but be fair, I did name it "Game pad controls" not "all controls".

Forgot to add that this only goes over the gamepad and should have the mouse and keyboard added to for those who use that instead.
