Once you download go to your games library and click on the install button. Then it should just start installing by itself. It is recommended that you do not even buy the game.

Once you have successfully left the game go to your steam library and click on the thing titled "Racer 8". Next right click and go down until you see "Delete all local content" or whatever it is.
