Absolutely! I have redistributed the materials from 2 large cargo containers to 16 small ones situated in the rear of the ship. Now she can construct 32 torpedoes from scratch plus one in the chamber for a total of 33 shots. Her construction system allows her to build a fully functional torpedo in "realistic" survival settings in 5 seconds :D

I even have a working blueprint link for ya :)
