Maximum level
Fully train your character.
You'll need to get all three of your stats to 100. For the training, it is more cost effective to buy the training minigames and complete them as opposed to just buying the skills. But you may find yourself with tons of money, and you can save time by just straight purchasing the skills.

Untouchable
Win a fight without getting hit.
For this you are going to want to have pretty good stats, at least in the high 80s before you really try for it; but preferably you'll want stats in the 90s or better. If you only get hit while you have your guard up, the stats page after the fight will say 0 hits-- but you will NOT unlock the achievement. You can't get hit at all, including with your guard up. Once you have good stats, you can fight a weak opponent (like the first guy in the first tournament). You can either try to time your dodges and counter until you win; or just jab, jab, jab and retreat a few times until he goes down. If you get hit, just restart.

<>Alternatively: you can get this achievement very easy if you set up a local coop game and just beat up the other player.

Counterattacks
Perform 100 counterattacks.
You may want to try to get as many of these in as you play the tournaments to avoid having to grind any out once you capture all the belts. If you still need more you can grind them out in Quick Match, or replaying a tournament.

All belts, no knockdown
Win all belts without getting knocked down once in the process.
You can get this on your first run through each tournament if you are careful, and make sure you don't proceed to fight anyone with better stats than you. The first tournament should be easy enough to win without getting knocked down. For the second and third tournaments, if you come up to an opponent with better stats than you have, go repeat the first tournament for some money and train more until your stats are equal or better than his. Repeat this as necessary to ensure your stats are always better than your opponent. You will need the extra fights anyway for the Demigod achievement.
