In this guide, we will use Cheat Engine together with a custom DuckTales Remastered cheat table (.CT file) to unlock extra lives, dollars, hearts, and other useful gameplay options. Cheat Engine works by reading the game’s memory while it is running. Nothing is permanently modified, and the original game files stay untouched. This will help you to save hours of gameply to get 100% achievements in this game.

Available Scripts in the Table:

• Scrooge McDuck [Dollars] Collected – Edit your current collected money in a level.
  
• Scrooge McDuck [Dollars] Gallery – Adjust gallery currency; Only use inside the Gallery screen.
  
• Scrooge McDuck [Hearts] – Control your health / invincibility.
  
• Scrooge McDuck [Lives] Ending – Special script for the final climb section.
  
• Scrooge McDuck [Lives] Game – Infinite lives for normal gameplay.
  
• Game [Speed] Fast – Speed up the entire game.
  
• Game [Speed] Slow – Slow down gameplay for precision jumps.

Step 1:

Download Cheat Engine (latest version)
https://www.cheatengine.org/

Step 2:

Download the DuckTales.CT file

Step 3:

Launch DuckTales Remastered. Start the game normally through Steam.

Step 4:

Open Cheat Engine and open .CT file or just Double-click the .CT file. Cheat Engine will open with the script list attached

Step 5:

Attach to the game. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine. Select DuckTales.exe

Step 6:

Enable the scripts you want. Check boxes next to the features

Note: Activate cheats after entering gameplay, not from the title screen, to avoid detection issues.

1. Script won’t activate:

• Make sure you selected DuckTales.exe, not Steam launcher
  
• Start a level first, then activate
  
• Try uncheck → wait 2–3 sec → recheck

2. Health/Lives not working: Some scripts require the value to be register

Example:

• → Lose a heart → then script will starts work
  
• → Lose a life → then script will starts work

Note: In my gameplay, only the Infinite Hearts, Infinite lives, Fast Mode, and Slow Mode scripts worked properly. Infinite Money also activates, but the amount does not register inside the game.
