In this guide, I will provide instructions on how to restore sound and fix full screen mode.

Fix for full screen mode

1. Install the fix MaxPayne.WidescreenFix.Zip from this link https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/mp1
2. Unzip the downloaded archive
3. Paste it into the game folder (MaxPayne.exe)

This is what the result should look like after installing the fix

Sound restoration

1. Install the audio fix from this link https://www.indirectsound.com/
2. Unzip the downloaded archive
3. Copy the file dsound.dll
3. Paste it into the game folder (MaxPayne.exe)
