About the tool
In the mid to late stages of the game, the priority tool becomes unlocked (leftmost column in the rule constructor). This allows you to categorize all rules into 5 priority levels.

By default, all ACTIONs are set to the highest priority, while other rules default to medium priority. Learning how to set priorities is tricky, but it can help you solve puzzles more efficiently.

Below is the priority scheme I currently use, as I am struggling to progress through the Infinite levels.
Top priority
Rules for actions, i.e. mark as mine, sweep, hide and delete.
High priority
Rules for exact clues.
Normal priority
Most of the reasoning rules are placed here.
Low priority
Relaxation rules, i.e. rules that make clues into a weaker but more general form.
Bottom priority
This section is for the explosive rules, which will likely make the board into a mess very quickly.
In some cases these rules will be even paused.
