The crashing issue that many people are experiencing is related to the Windows 11 24H2 build, which changed some basic sound effects (mainly reverb) in the Renderware engine.

To fix this issue, download the DSOAL zip archive from this GitHub link, unzip all the zip archives. Then copy and paste the `alsoft.ini`, `dsoal-aldrv.dll` and `dsoal.dll` files from the `DSOAL/Win32` folder directly into the `Alice in Wonderland` game installation folder. After that, the game should no longer crash on startup.
