1.I fixed it by going into Task Manager -> Details -> Game.exe -> Right click to Set Affinity -> All cores. You have to do it every time when you launch the game!
2.Thats it You've done well, now relax and play the game!

Для решения этой проблемы нужно: Перейти в Диспетчер задач -> Подробно -> Game.exe (найдите значок Persona) -> Щёлкните правой кнопкой мыши, чтобы задать сходство -> Все ядра. Мне приходится делать это каждый раз при запуске игры, но это мгновенно решает проблему.
Вот и все ВЫ молодец,приятной игры!
