Note: I will not calculate "Parry Stun", which is the duration of animation you go through upon successfully Parrying an attack. This vastly depends on what attack from which character you Parried, and it's too much work for me to do. Just know they all vary, some recovery way faster than others.

2nd Note: It seems there's a bug in Offline that makes the "Perfect Parry Glow" being not accurate. For example on Kenji when I tested, sometimes it occured on Frame 4 and other times Frame 5. I will re-test it Online after the next update (which is said to fix this). It should still be accurate outside that minor issue.
