Intro
This is my first guide. The construction and set-up don't look as I would like, but the guide is easy to understand

This guide is for you when you have no idea how to do certain 2-player-daily-quests by yourself.

There are many 2-player-quests which cannot be done without a friend tho. These are:
- "follow a friend"
- "use an expression near a friend"
- "wave to a friend"

The following chapters showcase quests which can be done by yourself and don't require a friend despite the tasks saying so.

If this guide is helpful to you, please give it a like. Rating it will help others find this guide quicker.

(I will not add any more spirits arriving after the Season of Two Embers)

(I activated comments now after noticing that more individuals showed up here ... Feel free to leave some info regarding the topic if I forgot to mention something - or say hi if ya feel like it)
Hold hands with a friend
In the Aviary Village there are two spirits to the right.

When you use the emote standing close to them, they'll grab your hands:

Quest done.

Note: The spirits show up pretty irregularly. They may not be there when the quest is around. If this is case, then you have to find a friend or a stranger, who is willing to unlock hold hand with you and does so. OR you do the following:

Thanks for Motus pointing this one out (in the comments).

In the Village Theatre, the 4th seasonal quest offers to hold hands with spirits, too.

Sit on this circle to activate the 4th seasonal quest (to get to see it, you have to be done with the other 3 quests first)

The quest requires you to find different spirits.
After finding one, they grab your hand.

The daily quest should be done here.
Hug a friend
In Aviary Village there is Steward.

You can find Steward on the right side of the region. After a few seasonal quests you'll unlock the option to give him a hug.
After giving him a hug you completed the task.
The hug interactivity will stay unlocked and you can use it right away when the quest shows up as a daily quest next time.

If you don't like Steward, here is another past seasonal guide:

There is another seasonal guide which offers the option to give a hug, but it requires to go through more seasonal quests first. This guide is in the main area of the Wind Paths.

The hug interactivity is at the top of the friendship tree.
High Five a friend
One way to get the high five quest done is visiting the past seasonal guide in the Forest realm
You'll find him at the tree house.
You need to unlock the high five interactivity in the quest giver's tree.
After unlocking the high five, you only have to tap on the icon, give the spirit a high five - task done.
The high five interactivity will stay unlocked and you can use it right away when the quest shows up as a daily quest next time.

Quest giver:

OR you go to the following one:

Thanks for D:\side\ pointing this one out (in the comments).

In the Wind Paths, the seasonal guide (already mentioned in another chapter) offers this option.

OR you go to the the following one:

Thanks for Chocice75 pointing this one out (in the comments).

There is a 3rd Seasonal Guide which offers a high five. That one is in the Village Theatre area.

For whatever reason Steam doesn't want to add the images. I may have to re-do my whole guide set-up.
I did add the info tho.

High-five can also be done in the Village Theatre with its seasonal guide, and that can be accessed through Harmony Hall in the Aviary.

A high-five can also be done in Wind Paths, with the seasonal guide there.

oh, thanks a lot for pointing that one out, Motus! I completely forgot about that quest. I'll add it to the guide :)
That's a great one if it truly counts as "mission complete".

a far more consistent way of doing the holding-hands quest could also be to go to village theater in valley of triumph and restart the last quest, where you gotta find and encourage the crew. When finding a spirit and talking to them, they'll automatically hold your hand and follow you around afterwards :]
