And i just realized how useless this step in general is, because any other player with a ping setting of 50 or 60 (or 80-100 like some russians) could still be in your game....
Valve needs to give us server selection

I've been playing on the lowest possible ping setting, 25, for over 200 hours now
95% russians... its frustrating
