Steps:
-equip grappling hook
-go to the moon map
-Shoot the grappling hook at a moon
-go onto the moon with grapple hook
-make it so the rope is stretched out as far as can be

TIME FOR THE HARD PART

-go forward, stretching the rope as far as you can
-for a frame go the opposite way
-then go back to moving the same direction

You should now be walking backwards.
Hold this position for a minute until you get the badge.

just go to a meteor and press d then a untill u walk backwars then keep walking without stopin around the moon

you dont need grapple you just need a big moon
