Since there was a question about what to do on the Crew Deck, here's a simple summary.

First: Complete all tutorials (blue triangle mark)

After that, 4 days a week:

1. Drinks
2. Cooking
3. Personal Quarters Visit (F3 button, ★ mark in the bottom left)
4. Talk to Dolls *2 (*Special conversations are 1 time)

Then, the Crew Deck's daily progress will reach 100 points and be complete. Maximum 400 points per week.

Doing this will naturally level up the Crew Deck as well.
Since constructions with special functions are mostly unlocked in the tutorial, you can do them casually.
