Cons and problems of Gorebox

Hello everyone, and today in my guide I will write the problems and disadvantages of Gorebox that prevent it from developing and becoming a full-fledged sandbox game with violence

All that I will describe here is my personal opinion and attitude towards the game itself. I do not impose my point of view on anyone, but for the most part, everything I will describe now are confirmed facts

Poor game optimization

On normal computers, Gorebox does not lag and you can install full graphics. But on the phone it lags terribly despite the fact that the phone is normal and not old. Sometimes the game may crash and the graphics that you can install on your PC cannot be done on your phone.

On PC, you can easily upgrade to the beta version of the game. But it’s very difficult to do this on a phone, or it can be done, but you need to try

Terrible game administration and bad multiplayer

In the Russian-speaking community of GB. Mostly these are young toxic schoolchildren with old phones. There can be complete anarchy on the servers and no rules of the game. You can just be banned or kicked on the server for no specific reason

If you compare the RP servers of Gmod, they are at least well optimized and correctly configured regarding multiplayer. All because you can write a Lua script and apply it on the server (as for the RP servers themselves, this is a separate topic)

But in the Gorebox itself there is practically no such thing. The multiplayer control panel is a total mess. Everything there is so superficial and not thought through.

For example, if I want to give admin or moderator rights, then this will not work because this is not provided in the gobox

Stupid and bad Gorebox community (not about everyone)

I wrote in the previous section of the guide about toxic schoolchildren. So they are the main part of the community in gorebox and they interfere with the game. Of course, they didn’t appear by chance, they wanted Garis on their phone, but due to the fact that they don’t have a PC or money for the game, they download Gorebox

Bad physics and bugs

The physics and tools that the bloodbox has are meager, ill-conceived and underdeveloped. At first glance, it may seem that physics is cool and interesting, and the tools are not bad either. But when you play often, you become bored and uninteresting. And many people will now tell me, “You’re trashing this game and yet you’re not doing anything.” Then if the game is advertised and shown as a sandbox game then do
Then, if the game is advertised and displayed as a sandbox game, at least make the physics and mechanics of the game work properly and leave the cruelty and other trifles for later. But if the game is not specialized as a normal sandbox game, then you advertise it as a shooter game with minimal capabilities in terms of mechanics and physics
And many people are now asking the question “Why the hell do I need physics and mechanics in this game? It’s enough for me to just kill people and dismember them.”
The fact is that in a game like Gorebox there must be good physics of objects and other things to make it look more realistic and professional. You won’t be pleased to play a game with poor object physics when you were told that it’s a sandbox game? I think not
Therefore, the game must have good physics and preferably mechanics. If someone likes the physics that is now in the gorebox, then don’t swear at me in the comments

Does not match the genre of the game shown on steam

On Steam, its genre is simulator, casual and action
But personally, in my opinion, this is a shooter, action game with sandbox elements. I don’t agree with what genre she has on steam and I would like the unnecessary bi to be removed

Quite an expensive game

I don’t know how it is in the USA and other countries, but in Russia it costs 320 rubles and this is an inflated price. I think it should cost 150 rubles, or 320 rubles

Conclusion "that guy"

The game is not bad and developing. It has its disadvantages and problems that need to be solved.
I think that in the future it will not turn into a trash heap and will be a worthy competitor, for example, like Garis mod

i dont know the full erm science behind it but i think it disables like stuff that you dont need and it makes it run really smoothly i would recommend doing it if your computers not that good

so theres a way to fix bad graphics/optimization when you press play or something press force d311 or somehting and it makes the game run faster some magical fucking way idk
