Description

Balance tweaks to Industrial Concrete mod:

added power consumption of 800W (from original Industrial Fortifications mod)
added linkability with Tool Cabinet
increased basic work amount for recipes (this means that making concrete without tool cabinets is now slower than before, but with tool cabinets is faster than before)
added 5 steel as ingredient (now it makes sense why output is 25 concrete blocks and why concrete walls are harder than stone walls)
added bulk x3 recipes (summary work amount decreased by 10%)

Compatibility

Should be used only with standalone Industrial Concrete. Not Industrial Fortifications.
Safe to add and remove anytime.

Errors

There are no known errors. If you encounter error:

Make sure that it's caused by this mod: remove all other mods from active modlist except for official expansions and required dependencies.
Use auto-sort in mods menu to fix errors caused by incorrect mod load order.
Publish your game log with HugsLib.
