You have many combine harvesters, but only one is working? This is not good. In our glorious republic, every machine must work hard for the people.

One farm, one field , If you assign multiple farms to same field, it will cause chaos. Each field must be controlled by one farm, no exceptions.

Farm must be close to fields. If farm is too far, workers take long time to reach fields. Place farms near the crops, or productivity will suffer.

Go to farm settings and turn on autosearch. This lets farm automatically detect and manage nearby fields.

Increase search radius – If fields are not being harvested, increase search area to 3 kilometers or more. Let the farm find all crops.

All fields must have roads. If no road or dirt path leads to field, harvesters will sit and do nothing like lazy bourgeoisie.

Check for road access. Make sure fields are properly connected. If road is missing, add one immediately.

Disable manual worker harvesting. If workers are allowed to harvest by hand, they may be interfering with harvesters. Let machines do their job.

Machines are superior for harvesting. The state provides best equipment for farming. Do not rely on slow human labor when combine harvester can do job faster.

Are your harvesters assigned to the farm? If your combine harvesters are just sitting idle, they might not be properly connected to the farm.

Balance your farming fleet . Make sure you have enough sowers, harvesters, and trucks to transport crops efficiently. If something is missing, it creates a bottleneck.

Check for game updates. Developers sometimes fix issues with updates. Keep game up to date to prevent problems.
