A minor correction: you can get your costumes back from the crows without luring the customers to the french fry stand. When you first talk to the guy at the stand he gives you the french fry costume, and that's all you need to lure the crows to the barn and retrieve the costumes. Now you can already fight and trick-or-treat houses. Luring the customers to the stand gets you the *tickets* you need for the fair. You need both tickets and costumes to enter the fair, so the actions are related but they are independent.
