These achievements can be obtained just by playing the game normally and capturing provinces. The easiest way to capture 1500 provinces is to start a new game as any country you want and then add other countries as players. That way you can freely capture all provinces. Wait 4 turns and then declare war against the other countries and start capturing their provinces.

To add a player just click on any country and then select add player from the menu on the right side. I suggest you add countries with a lot of provinces like Russia, China, USA, etc.
To declare war click the country you want to declare war against, click F3 and then from the menu select "Declare War".

In order to obtain these achievements the quickest you need to start a new game and add as many players you can(any country you want). Once you get in the game, with the first country start sending the other countries alliance or union request. To do this most efficiently, send the request in the order in which you selected the countries, then start accepting it one by one. Do this over and over until you get the achievement or just select 50 countries.

To send the request, click on the country you want to send the request to, click F3 and then from the menu select "Offer Alliance" or "Form Union".

Creating vassals

To get this achievement, start the game as any country with 50+ provinces(or load a game that already has 50 provinces), click F3 on the country you started with and select "Release a Vassal". Create or select a civilization, give the civilization a province, set capital and then release that vassal. Do that 50 times and you will get all vassal achievements.

Changing govenment type

Democracy
Adopt the ideology of democracy

Monarchy
Adopt the Monarchy government

Communism
Adopt the ideology of Communism

Fascism
Adopt Fascism ideology

Republic
Adopt Republic ideology

Horde
Adopt the Horde ideology

City State
Adopt the ideology of the City State

The fastest way to do this is by starting a new game and selecting "Sandbox" from the options menu. This will give you infinite money. Select any country that has technology level 0.4 or higher since it is required. Once started, click F3 on your country, select "Change type of Government" and select them one by one. This can be done in one turn.

Start as Australia since it has more provinces and don't mix it with Austria

In order to do this you need to start a new game as the country I mentioned(They are for the Modern World scenario). Once you start, select the country you started with, click F3 and you will see "Form Italy"(for example). Click on that and the provinces you need to form that country will be colored red. Capture those provinces and then form the country.

Achievements fix

If you aren't getting any achievements. Go to your library, right-click on Age of History II, "Manage" and then "Browse local files". Find AoC2_Old file and run it. This will run an older version of the game so don't select any games made on the newer version of AoC2.

@yoryo I see. When I tried doing that it also didnt work. I explained in the guide how to do it. When starting select a really big civilization like Russia. Then in the civilization menu(F3) find "Release vassal". Create a civilizatio, give it a province, set the capital and release the vassal. Do that 50 times and you will get the achievement.

@Кукулеле The ways I use to vassalize is to send an ultimatum, the other is when I conquer all their provinces and I go to ask for a truce right there with the vassals.

@yoryo I honestly dont think that did anything, so just launch the older version and create vassals there. If that still doesnt work, maybe you arent creating vassals correctly. Can you explain step by step how are you creating vassals?

@Кукулеле What I did was this:
1. Rename AoC2.exe to AoC2_New.exe
2. Rename AoC2_Old.exe to AoC2.exe
I saw this in a guide to fix the achievements problem. The only other achievements that don't count are the vassal ones.

I'm having a problem with the quest achievements, as the game doesn't count them. The rest of the achievements do, though. What do you suggest I do?
