Better Tomahawks

Description
Improvements to the RGM/UGM-109B (TASM) and RGM/UGM-109C (TLAM) "Tomahawk" cruise missiles.

1) TASMs will not activate until 8 miles before their intended target, will have a much narrower homing cone, and will have a much shorter homing range. These changes should prevent TASMs from striking unintended targets. Targets clumped tightly within the same task force may still cause unintended hits, but the re-target rate should be greatly reduced.

2) TASMs will now skim over terrain, and will perform a short pop-up maneuver prior to striking the target. I don't know if this is realistic for the Block II TASMs, but it does greatly enhance their lethality and usability, and is a much-needed QOL change.

3) TLAMs now have a greater chance to kill targets in one strike. They have a greater explosion area, and will also perform a small pop-up to get over terrain, and strike with a more vertical attitude. Again, I don't know if this realistic for the Block IIs, but it makes life a LOT easier.

This mod should be compatible with other mods, so long as it's loaded AFTER the other mod.

No AGM-109?

TASM uses the same altimeter system as TLAM so it should theoretically be able to maintain altitude above terrain

Thank you for the feedback guys. I might update the mod to be more realistic, and then a "wonderweapon" version with pop-up and TERCOM just for fun.

No version of TASM had TERCOM or a terminal pop up maneuver.
One of the reasons the USN shelved TASM was that there was too much risk of doing blind impacts (blue on green) with firing a fire and forget AShM at ~200 miles

to confirm: yeah that's not realistic, TASMs do not follow terrain, nor could they if you tried as they lack a lot of necessary navigation equipment for that to make space for the active radar seeker
